1. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

2. If UP candidates shall submit domicile certificate. They will be considered for the vacancy if any arises from the UPTA counselling. Otherwise, they will be considered only for all India quota vacancy that arise for the CSAB counselling.

General Instructions

1. Admission shall be made strictly based on JEE rank through counselling done by IIHT, Varanasi.

2. Admission will be done only for the vacant seats that arise from either CSAB counselling or UPTA counselling.

3. Applicants must bring all original documents along with one set of attested photocopy of the same at the time of joining the institute.

4. Admission would be done on the basis of JEE (Main) 2023 rank against vacant seats available after completion all rounds of JoSAA/CSAB 2023 or UPTAC 2023.

5. Candidates must report to the institute on the date mentioned during counselling.

6. Verification of original documents would be done at the time of physical reporting at the institute.

7. Soon after allotment of seats payment of institute fees of Rs. 19,500/- (Rupees. Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred only) and Hostel Fees Rs.27,100/- (Rupees. Twenty Seven Thousand One Hundred only), will be required to be paid through Net Banking / UPI or DD drawn in favour of Director IIHT and IIHT Hostel Mess, in the following account at the time of counselling, failing which the seat would be offered to next person on merit. Proof of payment shall be mailed to E-mail Id admision.vnsiiht@gmail.com.
